The Day of Your Test
Please be sure to bring the following information on the day of your test:
- Be sure to follow pre-test instructions, some tests may require you to fast.
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for registration.
- Bring your prescription, insurance referral if required, insurance card and photo identification.
- If you're not fasting, come later in the day. Late morning and afternoons are less busy times.
