Amimarie Breunig, RN, named Shore Medical Center’s December 2015 Guardian Angel of the Month

December 01, 2015

Shore Medical Center is proud to recognize Amimarie Breunig, RN, as its December 2015 Guardian Angel of the Month for providing passionate and exceptional care to Shore’s patients. She has been a Registered Nurse at Shore since 2001.  She currently resides in Marmora, NJ.

The Guardian Angel Program was established to enable patients to say thank you to a special caregiver through a donation to Shore Medical Center.

She works on the ASOI unit as part of Shore’s Advanced Spine and Orthopedic Institute team. Nurse Manager Stacy Ross, RN-BC, BSN, said Breunig embodies Shore’s Mission, Vision and Values in everything she does.

“Ami is a preceptor and functions as a charge nurse on a routine basis.  She is knowledgeable, reliable and a team player as well as a mentor to her fellow colleagues," said Ross. “Ami emulates kindness, compassion and gentleness with all of her daily interactions.  It’s truly been a privilege to work with her over the years, she is a wonderful role model, said Ross.”

The Guardian Angel program recognizes anyone who works at Shore Medical Center and makes an impact and difference in your care. Guardian Angels are recognized amongst their peers and are presented with a special Guardian Angel pin at Shore Medical Center’s annual pinning ceremony. If you, a family member or friend would like to honor a Shore Medical Center Guardian Angel, please contact the Shore Medical Center Foundation at 609-653-3800.
